Our History and Philosophy

Founded in 1995 by husband and wife team Michael and Bambi Wojciechowski, Kids Klub Child Development Centers have become some of the most popular and well respected childcare facilities in Southern California.

At Camp Kids Klub, we are committed to providing the best possible care for your child. In addition, we are highly responsive to your needs as parents. Campers have a BLAST during the day at camp, while parents have peace of mind!

Camp Kids Klub is a Family! Campers return year after year singing our camp song, and many go on to become CIT’s (Counselors in Training) and Counselors.

Staff

Kids Klub counselors are carefully selected, background-checked, and extensively trained before camp even begins. Many are former Kids Klub campers who return each summer to give back and share the magic they once experienced. Our experienced Leadership Team begins in-depth training in the spring and provides ongoing guidance throughout every camp day.

Safety is always our foundation—but just as important is nurturing each child’s social, emotional, and personal growth. Our counselors support one another, lead with heart, and show up every day ready to smile, play, and celebrate the joy of being a kid. At Kids Klub, camp is about connection, confidence, and FUN.

Our employees are fingerprinted and background checked by the Department of Justice prior to employment, as well as CPR and First Aid Certified.

Food & Nutrition

Healthy Choices Every Day

We believe that proper Food & Nutrition is one of the most important aspects of a child’s development. We also believe our food program should not only provide children with the nourishment their young bodies need to thrive, but also teach them healthy habits that they can carry with them their entire lives.

Kids Klub has put a great deal of effort into creating a food program that meets its own internally high standards. We also constantly look for innovative ways to incorporate and source healthy ingredients consistently. The result is a menu that is high-quality, even more nutritionally-balanced, and above all, something that children actually enjoy.

We are extremely proud of the food program that we are able to offer at a reasonable price. All breakfast, lunch and snacks are included in registration costs.

Health & Safety

Camper Safety

We know that when you choose to send your child to Camp Kids Klub, you are entrusting us with the safety of the most important person in the world to you. Consequently, we do not take this responsibility lightly. We provide each child with the care and individual attention they deserve.

Our staff undergo CPR and First Aid Certifications. Then, when camp arrives, each counselor receives a fully stocked first aid kit to carry throughout each day. Additionally, we pride ourselves in having outstanding, clean and safe facilities at all times.

Communication is Key

We take the time to communicate with our families because we appreciate the trust that you place in us as your child’s caregivers. Our parents will always be aware of any health and safety-related incidents that occur at camp, no matter how small.

We also want you to feel comfortable contacting us with anything related to your child’s health so that we can ensure they are as comfortable as possible at Camp Kids Klub. Your child’s lead counselor, as well as our camp directors, are always available. Nothing comes before your child’s health and safety

Life Changing Jobs

We are looking for caring, enthusiastic, and talented individuals to join our phenomenal team. Discover what makes Camp Kids Klub unlike any other summer camp!

Entering
10th – 12th Grade?

Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program

Counselors-in-Training build real-world skills and confidence through a structured, hands-on leadership experience. CITs complete a job application, participate in interviews, and attend required job-skills training to prepare them for success in a professional camp environment.

Throughout the summer, CITs work alongside experienced counselors and receive guidance and feedback from Camp Directors. The program is designed to support personal growth, responsibility, and leadership development, with the goal of preparing CITs to become future Camp Kids Klub counselors after graduating high school.

Friendships & Fun

CITs form lasting friendships while collaborating during staff training sessions, where they help create games, songs, and activities used throughout camp. Training concludes with an overnight experience and a surprise field trip that brings the entire staff together.

To recognize their dedication, CITs are celebrated with Staff Appreciation events and a special end-of-summer trip to Six Flags Magic Mountain. The CIT program offers a unique opportunity to grow, connect, and be part of an unforgettable camp community.
